We take great care to ensure that when you purchase products from Ivory & Beech, you'll receive your goods within a reasonable timeframe and in line with the delivery estimate provided against the product in our product pages. Please note: All deliveries are subject to stock availability and waiting times vary based on the type of product ordered and the delivery address.

FAQ's

When will I receive my product?

  • All products are shipped from our Brisbane storage facility. 
  • Once you have placed your order, Ivory & Beech will aim to action the order the very same day. Courier pickup schedules can vary, but we will always aim to pack and post your order within 2 business days. 

      How are Shipping Prices Calculated?

      • Ivory & Beech currently only sells its products domestically within Australia.
      • As a default, Ivory & Beech offers a flat rate $12.00 standard shipping rate for its customers.  
      • From time to time, Ivory and Beech will offer free shipping as part of promotional sales. Details of these offers will be provided as part of those promotions.
      • We reserve the right to amend our shipping options at any time, and this will be reflected in an update to this shipping policy statement. 

      Where do you deliver to?

      • Ivory & Beech aims to deliver orders to its customers Australia-wide. However,  delivery to remote regional areas within Australia can be limited. If you are in a remote regional area please contact Ivory & Beech at customerservice@ivoryandbeech.com.au or by phone at 1300 554 140 and we will endeavour to assist.
      • We currently do not deliver to overseas locations.

        Delivery of Multiple Items

        • Where multiple items have been ordered, they may arrive at different times. When ordering both furniture and décor, in this instance you’ll likely receive your décor first and then the furniture a few days later, this is normal but rest assured you will receive your goods.

        Late Delivery

        • Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any loss as a result of a late delivery of your order and will not entitle you to cancel your order. If we are late, feel free however to let us know and we'll endeavour to do what we can to hasten delivery.
